Youth has a very important role to play for society! They are young, full of energy, they can perform better and ensure the growth of society.
At Makhzoumi Foundation we value youth, and continuously strive to empower them, whether by developing their skills, encouraging them to take charge of their lives & addressing their situation and taking action in order to improve their access to resources.
As part of this process, Makhzoumi Foundation provided the opportunity for hundreds of young ladies and gentlemen to join our internship program “Step Forward”, to gain experience and experiment the practical workplace atmosphere.
Buzzing with enthusiastic youth is the best expression to describe our booths during the job fairs we attended at the Lebanese American University LAU, Beirut Arab University BAU, American University of Beirut AUB, ESA Business School, the Lebanese International University – at both its campuses in Beqaa & Beirut – and the Arts Sciences & Technology University in Lebanon AUL cola campus.
Applying to “Step Forward” program, these young students will start building their future career, by gaining expertise through their internship, that will be an added value to their CV.
للشباب دور مهم للغاية في المجتمع! فهم يافعون، مليئون بالطاقة، ويمكنهم الأداء بشكلٍ أفضل، بما يضمن نمو المجتمع.
في مؤسسة مخزومي ، نقدر الشباب ونعمل باستمرار على تمكينهم ، سواء من خلال تطوير مهاراتهم، أو تشجيعهم على تولي مسؤولية حياتهم، ومعالجة أوضاعهم واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين وصولهم إلى الموارد.
كجزء من هذه العملية، وفرت مؤسسة مخزومي الفرصة لمئات الشابات والشباب للانضمام إلى برنامج التدريب Step Forward، لاكتساب الخبرة واختبار أجواء مكان العمل.
“تضج بالشباب المتحمس” أفضل تعبير لوصف أجنحتنا خلال معارض الوظائف التي حضرناها في الجامعة اللبنانية الأمريكية LAU، وجامعة بيروت العربية BAU، والجامعة الأمريكية في بيروت AUB، وكلية ESA للأعمال، والجامعة اللبنانية الدولية – في حرميها الجامعيين في البقاع وبيروت – وجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا في لبنان AUL في حرمها في بيروت.
بالتقدم إلى برنامج “Step Forward”، سيبدأ هؤلاء الطلاب الشباب في بناء مستقبلهم المهني، عبر اكتساب الخبرة خلال فترة تدريبهم، والتي ستكون قيمة مضافة إلى سيرتهم الذاتية.
