Makhzoumi Foundation now has been dedicated to the field of vocational training and education for more than 20 years. It has set its strategy in empowering the community through its vocational training program. The performance indicators of this program show the exceptional markers of the quality of training done, the minimal drop -out rates, the facilitated linkages with universities and businesses and the adequacy of resources. Expanding the circle of these markets around Lebanon is the main target. It will enable the Foundation to reach out to youth who live outside Beirut. A step toward this expansion is the cooperation of Makhzoumi Foundation with the women association in Aramoun and Bchamoun areas. The attending responsible persons shared the common concern of vocational education provision for free to the community in those areas. A plan is set in place and implementation is on its way with the support of funding partners.
أصبحت مؤسسة مخزومي ضليعة في مجال التدريب والتعليم المهني إذ عملت في هذا المجال لأكثر من 20 عاماً حتى اليوم. وقد وضعت استراتيجيتها لتمكين المجتمع من خلال برنامجها المتطور للتدريب المهني. وتُظهر مؤشرات الأداء لهذا البرنامج العلامات الاستثنائية لجودة التدريبات المنجزة، ومعدلات التسرب المتدنية جداً من الصفوف، وسهولة الروابط التي تؤمنها المؤسسة مع الجامعات والشركات ومدى توفّر الموارد. وتعتبر المؤسسة أن توسيع دائرة هذه التدريبات في جميع أنحاء لبنان هدفاً رئيسياً لها وتسعى إلى الوصول إلى الشباب الذين يعيشون خارج نطاق بيروت. الخطوة الأساسية نحو هذا التوسع هي تعاون مؤسسة مخزومي مع الجمعيات النسائية في منطقتي عرمون وبشامون. حيث تشارك الحضور النقاط المشتركة اهتدفة إلى توفير التعليم المهني المجاني لأفراد المجتمع في تلك المناطق. ويتم وضع خطة لتنفيذها في الأمد القريب بدعم من الشركاء في التمويل.
