As a leading NGO in the field of Education for Sustainable Development in Lebanon, and a member and strategic partner of Mediterranean Information Office (MIO-ECSDE), Makhzoumi Foundation participated at the Second Meeting of the Mediterranean Committee on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
The meeting was organized by MIO-ECSDE on June 26th and 27th at the Cultural and Congress Center in Hiraklion-Crete in Greece. During this meeting, Makhzoumi Foundation presented all its ESD projects and activities focusing on the Project “Civil Society in Action for Sustainable Development” as a case study especially with its innovative carbon foot print measurement contest for students.
باعتبارها مؤسسة غير حكومية رائدة في مجال التعليم من أجل التنمية المستدامة في لبنان، وعضوًا وشريكًا استراتيجيًا في مكتب الإعلام المتوسطي MIO-ECSDE، شاركت مؤسسة مخزومي في الاجتماع الثاني للجنة البحر المتوسط للتعليم من أجل التنمية المستدامة ESD.
تم تنظيم الاجتماع من قبل مكتب الإعلام المتوسطي MIO-ECSDE، يومي 26 و 27 حزيران، في المركز الثقافي والمؤتمرات في هيراكليون-كريت في اليونان. خلال هذا الاجتماع ، قدمت مؤسسة مخزومي عرضًا حول جميع مشاريعها وأنشطتها في مجال التعليم من أجل التنمية المستدامة ESD، والتي تركز على مشروع “المجتمع المدني في العمل من أجل التنمية المستدامة” كدراسة حالة خاصة مع مسابقة مقياس بصمة الكربون للطلاب.
